Physical Activities and Sport

We offer a diverse selection of sports and physical activities, all designed to promote the five steps to mental well-being. By encouraging active and healthy lifestyles, we aim to help participants develop positive social identities. This is achieved through the provision of inspiring role models, including experienced coaches, dedicated adult volunteers, and committed staff, who all contribute to a nurturing environment.

We have recently established two new clubs in Derby including Golden Phoenix Basketball Club and Apex Football Club and we also host an annual football tournament. All our initiatives are specially targeted at children and young people from all walks of life, supporting their physical development and fostering mental resilience.
